Master degree in Physics and very passionate about science and innovation.
After university, Annalisa started in 1996 to work for multinational companies, leaders in design, development and manufacturing of different medical devices. Extensive experience in New Product Development and R&D. Invented several patents, most of which related to products currently on the market.
Great creativity, as well as a solid technical and technological background.
Managerial skills acquired with experience in medical device and adjacent industrial sectors (primary packaging, testing, food). Strong orientation to result of business where innovation must be “KEY”. Valuable experience as mentor for young technical managers.

Dilek Uzunok

Chemical Engineer with a master degree in the same profession and with a life spent in the biomedical engineering field working for both Universities and international companies.
At the beginning, in 1999, as an academician in Hacettepe University (Ankara, Turkey), mainly concentrating on nerve regeneration. Then, in 2004, Dilek moved to private companies working in the field of medical devices. She has held several roles in Production, Quality & Regulatory and Research & Development. Valuable experience in Project Management, Quality Management Systems, EC Certification, Regulatory Affairs and R&D-New Product Development. Since 2018, being a member of various mentorship programs in Turkey to support entrepreneurs through their business development, Quality and CE Certifications for market penetration.

Claudia Miani

Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, management Consultant and Trainer since Feb 2009.
Exhaustive experience as manager for several companies, in modern organizations of various size and nationality; deep knowledge of organizational and operational situations within Technical Departments, focusing in particular on Innovation and New Product Development. Extensive experience in the Project Management field, Volunteer and role-leader of PMI in the Northern Italy Chapter. Expert in “change management” projects in industrial, packaging and medical businesses. Engaging leader, great success in stimulating key resources and in transferring positiveness and confidence to the in-house teams to let them face the required change projects.
Applying “Learn&Fun” techniques, a new way of training and growing resources, on Risk Management, Innovation Management and Project Experience.
